The assistants were very friendly. I was tested unfortunately the test on the right eye was incorrect and I had to be retested. I've not yet received my new lenses hopefully they now will be OK. Now I have received the new lenses to the new prescription and the glasses were adjusted to suit, the glasses seem to be OK but I did have to go back for minor adjustments. The service was excellent from Beverly who did her upmost to make sure I had no problems I'm getting on well with glasses now and very satisfied with service

The service was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the eye test was very thorough and also extremely friendly. My glasses were ready for collection 6 days later which I didn’t expect as I thought it would be at least a week. I would recommend the branch to anyone who is in need of glasses as they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Excellent service all round from the Optician to the staff they all were patient, professional, pleasant and determined to provide the best possible prescription and glasses, even searching other branches for alternative frames for me to make sure I was completely happy. Full marks to all of the staff who are both friendly and professional. It was a change of location that necessitated my finding a new place to get my eyes tested. Not a fan of the big players, I do prefer the personal services of an independent. I have been wearing spectacles for 40 years, and contact lenses for about 20. My prescription is very tricky (so every optician I visit tells me, maybe to manage my expectations) but to my delight, they managed to get both my varifocal spectacles and my mono-vision contact lenses correct at the first attempt. Well done.
