Really disappointed as I had a much better experience with the London branch. Handled my application very poorly. Communication was poor. Waited 5 months to be screened for work and ended up not getting the clearance I needed. In the future to improve I suggest it would be best to tell someone the experience they have will not be enough in the initial interview, instead of making them wait for so long and pay for a dbs only to turn them away. Thanks
