Fantastic experience. Booked into the Leicester store as I was up there on a day trip from London. Listened to a great selection of speakers and Jason the salesman was brilliant. Very helpful, and wanted me to buy what was best for me not what was most expensive. Would highly recommend.

Decent out of town location on London Road. Stocking a wide variety of TV, Home Cinema, HiFi and accessories. As with all Richer Sounds stores there are huge discounts to be found. On street parking is available but can be a problem. The staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile. Worth a visit if you are looking for a new TV.
Great help and advice from Devon, when I finally decided on the make and model after 2 weeks the whole process was seamless and ,y TV arrived 5 days later. Had technical issue which was resolved with great communication and speed from Devon - thanks again
I came here a couple of weeks back as the lockdown in Leicester started to ease. I booked an appointment over the phone, as requested on their website, so they can limit the number of people in the store. I spoke with Richard over the phone and he was really helpful with looking for the type of AV receiver I wanted. He managed to squeeze me in for an appointment later that day. It was a 1 in, 1 out queue as I arrived. But the service was really good, and quick. Richer sounds generally have the lowest prices if they stock the equipment you need, and are always helpful in recommending products to your requirements. If they have what you need in stock, no reason not to get it from there to be honest!
