Smith Partnership jointly instructed for conveyancing, did not keep me informed about progress, told me on two occasions that I would be exchanging, this did not happen but the fee earners did not bother to inform me of this until the day of completion when I was told that I would be exchanging and completing on the same day. Worse, over a week since my completion, heard nothing from the firm and still don't have my share of the sale proceeds. Do not use for conveyancing.
