The women are usually not overly friendly just providing a service without any customer skills BUT!! I want to get in and out fast so it suits me. Atleast they don't charge more on postal prices like the parade post office drones.who in my opinion are lazy and make you pay out the odds because they don't want to check the size of something so they guess. I dont understand what some of these reviews expect from people working?' A hi at the door ,did you find everything you needed?how has your day been? 'Why would you want this kind of repetitive nonsense said to you? If its not genuine and will last under a few minutes of your time spent within the shop, why do you want this experience.?

I disagree with some of the negative reviews on here. I have been visiting this post office for a number of years and found the both ladies to be friendly & helpful. During the pandemic, the post office arm is constantly busy, I can't remember a time where I have visited and there's not been a large queue out the door, you can appreciate the pressure they're under to be as quick & as efficient as possible... Also NONE of my parcels have ever gone missing & these guys are 100% trustworthy Finally these guys are much politer then the post office in Oadby Parade!

Hiked prices during covid which is an absolute disgrace. The two ladies behind the counter are rude and barely speak. The only good thing from here are the locally made naan breads which have more personality than the ladies behind the counter. Avoid this place like Covid.

Worst post office I have ever been to. The staff here are always so rude but today I was served by a young man I haven’t been served by before and his attitude is worse than the miserable women I usually have the displeasure of serving me. The whole business needs a shake up with customer service skills!
