By changing the way we think and moving past emotional issues we can all find the inner confidence to speak up and express the best version of ourselves, naturally spreading truth, authenticity and compassion. My name is Steve and I can help you to be at ease in your environment, so that you have the energy and confidence to speak up and trust in your abilities to fully embrace the opportunities out there. I regularly felt frustrated and out of place and did not know how to be heard. I even felt guilty when expressing my opinion, was called too sensitive and felt that I had nothing of value to say and was not good enough. I started reflecting on the reasons that led me to this point in my life and what was really holding me back. This allowed me to begin to learn how to manage my emotions and start to change the way I think and feel. I continually learn from my past and realise that I really do have the power within me to determine my life. I reconnected to what brings me joy and I qualified as an NLP Practitioner & hypnotherapist for the sole purpose of helping me move along and now I use this to help others to have the confidence to speak up for themselves and realise what you have to say IS important. Now I have come to the other side, this is my vision: A world where everyone regardless of background, expresses their authentic self and maximises their contribution to the world.
