Very poor service when it comes to advice about costs for childrens' glasses... went in on 2 separate occasions and got 2 completely different sets of advice about costs.... 1 child ended up spending 45 for a single pair, the 2nd got 2 pairs for the same cost. Never contacted me when glasses were ready for collection either, on both occasions.

Great Service. Great Customer Service. I had a test and got a new prescription. I was struggling to adjust to my prescription, I called them and explained.They were very great and helpful. They rebooked me for another appointment , Retested my sight, my prescription was fine. I had a talk with the optician, she was very helpful and explained clearly. Now I have fully adjusted to the prescription. So I am grateful for their services and their customer care. They really care for the customers and I highly recommend them.

Told them my contacts were wrong when she gave them to try and she said their fine. I kept telling her. In the end gave up. Tried them on at home definitely not the right prescription. Ended up going to Birmingham and to get my old glasses place to check my eyes found out my glasses are wrong as well. No wonder I’ve been getting Migraines!

I have just had my appointment with specsavers today for eye test and new prescription. Service was first class Sid the optician was excellent really listened to my symptoms and issues with my current glasses. Dani who sorted my glasses for me really explained all the options and was very patient all in all a fantastic service and would recomend specsavers at sainsburys fosse park all ready lined my husband and mother in law to book appointments

Very good sevice from the staff. I felt very welcome thank you to sidd kiran and dagmara for amazing customer service. Please go and check them out i am so glad i did. P.s they follow covid guidelines done to a t. The place is so clean and well layed out.
