Wouldn't waste your time poor service and none covid safe in my view mask work when manger felt it was seen in view walk away and go to a different branch then even got my prescriptions wrong and really did make me want to walk away. I went to syston and got great service. Staff are very polite but manager was not helpful at all and a little condescending

Got given the incorrect prescription for contact lenses and the staff didn't even seem bothered. Tried calling multiple times and got no answer, no responses to voicemails either. Will definitely be changing to another branch.

Mixed review really. Great price and couldn't be more polite and the test was a great and felt very Covid safe, but on my second trip now to get the glasses fitted...and I must say its frustrating...nose pads shouldn't be loose to the point I can use them for santa bells, and no glasses shouldn't rub on your cheeks and the back of your ears, and you shouldn't have your eyelashes rub on the lenses! And they shouldn't start at the top of your nose and fall down after a few minutes of wearing them! After being told \ thats how they are! \I can certainly say..its not How they should be! Glasses should be fitted so they are comfortable, especially when they are used every day!

Amazing stuff. Very good service. It is a small place but well equipped. Very quick service no time wasting. All stuff is friendly and smiling. I would like to mention 3 Amazing ladies who served me Maria, Harshna and Gita thank you for being best.
