My partner and I both went to Specsavers Syston for the first time today. We received the most excellent customer service from all of the staff. The Optician was lovely and put me at ease immediately. She was very friendly and explained everything in such a lovely manner. The staff helped me choose glasses which I found hard to do. Everything was spotlessly clean and all glasses were cleaned once they had been tried on. Will definitely be using them from now on !!! Thank you all xx

Don't waist your time at the sainsbury branch go here for great service. After poor service from the sainsbury branch I moved here and they fixed all my issues with contact lenses in less than 2 visits with I think it was Sophie my contact lesson was quick and easy and relaxed and the optician really did fix my prescription. The other staff are really polite and great to put you at ease and helpful. Could not fault my service here just so happy many thanks to all but mainly Sophie for her training to get myself into contact lenses

The optometrist was efficient with a thorough checkup. The staff were good but I have concern with the quality of the lenses supplied by their lab. Although I had purchased highest spec scratch resistant lenses, these have developed multiple scratches from normal everyday use. They were sent back to the lab but after 3 weeks were returned only to be told they were unwilling to correct or replace. I have used glasses for over 40 years and have never experienced this poor quality even with glasses costing much less.

Not the best Specsavers I've been too, also the glasses I bought last time have trippled in price in 2021. Going to bye online glasses from now on.
