I purchased this for my 'summer house' that was built though lockdown to mainly work from home.. but I use as a gym and more importantly a bar ! Excellent product in every way - very efficient and the SMART heating function is excellent.. my hut is all warm by 6 am every morning. I have hardly had to use it through the day / evening as once the hut is warm it stays warm - lets wait until Jan/Feb for the real cold test - more the hut than the heater. This is a 1.2kw heater and for the area of the hut it would normally need a 2kw heater. The ability to customize with all your best pics and turn it into a giant collage is fantastic.. much better than a dull white panel ! Dee from sales was excellent at keeping me posted on the order and Kiran who created the artwork was fantastic in helping me create the collage with the Adobe template settings (truth be told my daughter did it in Adobe indesign for me) It also comes with an excellent remote control to set up all your normal on / off / timer functions and the other amazing feature is the thickness... its so thin ... I recommend a hard wired plug behind the panel to hide the cables as the plug of the panel plugged into a normal 3 pin socket protrudes to much for the panel to fit onto the bracket and against the wall This product is definitely worth the money and the picture customization is worth the extra ! If I had any other rooms to heat I would definitely get another panel - thanks

Called the company for advise on which radiators I needed they couldn't have been more helpful I gave them the room sizes and height they recommended the NXT Gen panels they arrived within 3 day absolutely brilliant. Sometimes there is no pleasing people some always complain.

I came to ir panels being very sceptical having been recommended them by a neighbour. I have a property in Scotland on the water and couldn't put in gas ch without a huge expense. I used the website and calculated what I needed ( make sure you do this correctly as disappointment is sure to follow if you go too small ). I ordered 4 of the next gen panels with remote controls and am very pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend them. I like the fact that I can control which rooms to heat and shut off the ones I'm not using. In addition Chris in sales was excellent and very patient with me. Thanks Chris.

Do not use, order 13 ir panels to be ceiling mounted . Had issues with the first batch which kept blowing up so they replaced with 10 heavier duty ir panels. But still had the 3 of the original installed. Turned up last Monday morning with the fire alarm ringing and a burnt out unit which looked as if it had caught fire. When I advise them what had happed I got fobbed off with should not have ceiling mounted which was never advised when I ordered originally. They would not replace the 3 original units which do not work as all burnt out. Will be advising Trading standards as these units do not seem safe.
