Truly the most exceptional place for caring and atmosphere, my Mum has spent the last two months of her life here and I am So so grateful that I discovered this place where the staff are professional, caring and made my mum's life as good as it could be in difficult circumstances. Superb management, a unique place has been created with a home from home, friendly and respectful atmosphere Really hope nothing changes in this remarkable Home that is unlike any other I have encountered, a huge thanks to the staff for being there for me and my Mum

My Mother, Marjorie, spent several weeks at the Nursing home up until today when sadly she passed away. She was always treated with love and respect by all of the staff. They are fantastic people and fully committed to the residents, and I cannot give them enough praise. Bless you all and thankyou.

Choosing a Nursing home for my Father was an incredibly stressful experience even with the care quality commission reports and my own experience as a Registered Nurse. Dad lived at Sutton in the Elms for 18 months and neither he nor I could have asked for a more caring, supportive, even loving environment. The staff treated Dad with respect, invited his views on the way the home was managed and included him in decision processes and Dad felt that the carers were his friends. During his last few weeks when Dad was very ill I really appreciated that he could be cared for in the home and that he was not moved into the hospital environment, his care at this time was exceptional. Thank you to ALL the staff for looking after my Dad so well.
