The positives: Capable efficient staff who worked well with my nervous Jack Russell terrier. They worked swiftly, and were very informative. The covid protocols in place were excellent. They kept very much to time, and I wasn't left waiting too long. The negatives: The outrageous cost of the eye pressure check. My dog has had the same procedure done elsewhere, under anaesthetic, for much less than the bill presented to me after a 25 minute consultation. Quite how they can justify such an extortionate sum is a mystery to me. Skill: 10/10, willingness to extract money from concerned animal lovers: 20/10.

The place was clean spacious the vet very caring he examine my cat lulu and she had three injection and some medication to take.i, believe my lulu did like her vet as she did not make mush noises when he examine her lulu is much better and getting better every day. Merry Christmas, happy new year everyone. Stay safe.

We had to contact surgery for an emergency in the very early hours. Calm, friendly caring staff who reassured us as owners and showed a real empathy with our GSD. Everything possible was done to check our dog thoroughly and keep us informed. We felt very confident he had received the best possible treatment. I would highly recommend the Glenfield practice, and their emergency service. A special thank you to practitioner Ariel Korber who was so kind and patient.

Excellent for a nervous dog, made ours feel very happy. NYE 2020 needed to see a vet for removal of dew claws as they started to bleed. We called and was asked to come to them, they were quick and efficient. We usually mussle our dog as his nerves get a the better of him around new people and decide to nibble people in fear, the vet removed the mussle and Theo came out very happy! Would highly recommend in times of need, service was very good.
