Customer Service at this genuine Tack Shack is excellent. I am one of the many customers that confused this store with the ebay store. They are not the same shop at all and the lovely staff here pointed me back to ebay to resolve my query. It was very helpful and quick response. Thank you.

Had to chase them up myself 10 days later when I received no email regarding shipment. Was told at this point that the boots were not actually in stock and had been discontinued by the manufacturer. They are still on the website as I type this. Was told that the manufacturer's offices closed at 12:30 when voicemail clearly states 13:00. Also, I was able to get through myself each time I called them despite being told that they were hard to get hold of. Was offered a \cost price\ reduction on a price of alternative boots for 65 only to find out later that the manufacturer was actually selling them for 45. This company is incompetent, shady and a headache to deal with.
Placed an order with this company for some Dublin River Boots, unfortunately they did not fit as I struggle to find boots to fit my calves. Owner was really helpful with the whole process and helped me with the returning of them. Currently awaiting refund but overall pleased with the service! Thank you to the Tack Shack!
I ordered and paid for items on 17th April '20. Over two weeks later payment had been taken but no items received. The Tack Shack addressed the issues and I received my items promptly once contact was made. This order was made at a difficult time (Covid 19) and their efforts to resolve the matter was second to none considering the pressures. Many thanks
Awful experience... be very very careful, i placed and order online for an item they had in stock. 2 weeks later i hadn't received it and contacted them, they advised they had sent me an email saying it wasn't in stock, i have checked all spam etc and there is no such email. I have subsequently asked them for an alternative item, they have not responded and i have since asked for a refund 3 times via response to their info email address and contacted them on their website via enquirers to ask for a refund. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS STORE.
