Extremely unprofessional. Almost ruined my wedding! We booked top tents to put a marquee up on a Monday and they never showed. When I called they said their van broke down and would fit on Tuesday. The next day they didn't show and were ignoring my calls, text and voicemail the whole day. I had a function planned for Wednesday and this caused a great deal of stress for my family. In the end I had to organize a more reliable company who were able to fit Wednesday morning. Unbelievably poor service. They still didn't call back to apologize or explain the situation. Please stay away from this company

Ordered a marquee from top tent for a birthday party, excellent service, staff were very helpful and quick at putting the tent up. Called them 2 hours before and they came instantly , amazing service, highly recommended to anyone wanting a marquee
