I bought a pair of Dickies Ohio Ladies Pink and they didn't feel right so I quickly returned them in perfect condition. They got the package but my refund is nowhere to be seen and they did not replay any of the e-mails I sent them asking for an update. 3 months and still nothing... really bad service. Avoid.

I ordered some safety trainers from this so called business 16 days ago. Not received a thing, they were quick enough to take the money. I have tried to contact them 3 times and they do not reply. I am now trying other means to recover my money. Please avoid. I wish I had read these Google reviews before I ordered. Reply to reply, I have never received any notification of delivery Text or email and certainly no attempted delivery cards through my door (somebody is telling Porkies), why do you not reply to emails???? As far as I am concerned you have taken my money with no goods. (Fraud). Why wait until you get a seriously upset customer, leaving very poor reviews before you respond??

Ordered a pair of work boots which came quite quickly. However, they were too small so returned a few hours after receiving them. They have received them over 9 days ago yet not refunded me so phoned and spoke to a customer service agent who was very rude and abrupt when I asked where my refund was. Would never order from them again.

Receiving the shoes was great but sending them back has been horrific. I returned my shoes nearly two months ago, but still NO REFUND of &73.94 I would leave a zero star rating if I could !!! Contacted customer service- still waiting a call back, still haven't heard nothing back! Regret ordering from this shop, very unhappy. Please be aware before you buy from this company. Do not waste your money!

Dont waste ur time. I order shoes 2 weeks ago for 1-2 days delivery. No respond for my emails, phone up and get told they out of stock so agree for refund and still dont have money back. Phone up again get told they will check on this so still waiting and dont know anything because on reception they dont have clue.
