Unfortunately due to a bad experience with one of the staff members, Sue Smith, this is all I am prepared to give. They hardly ever call you back when stated. Considering recent events I can understand that they may not all be working at full capacity but that is still no excuse as to how I was treated by her. Unprofessional and rude is an understatement. I suffer with anxiety and depression and get flustered easily and the mannerisms with which I was treated are unforgivable. Further training and development is most definitely required.
