Great service, had an issue regarding delivery date and emailed the team, I was pleasantly surprised as I thought I’d get a response the following day, they’d emailed me back pretty much straight away! Reassured me my order would be with me and it was. Couldn’t recommend these guys more, and I will certainly be ordering from them again! I’m a happy bunny with a lovely bottle of silver patron in my hand! Cheers to the VIP team

Great place! I’ve ordered from here twice now; the first time I ordered the white grape Ciroc vodka as a Christmas gift and the second time was last week, the original Ciroc vodka for my dad for Father’s Day. Very speedy delivery with text updates telling you when your delivery is due with a hours slot time. Came beautifully presented in a VIP box and the bottle was very well wrapped and protected inside the box. There’s so much choice of high end, exclusive drinks that you won’t find at any old supermarket. Excellent product variety and flavours for very fair prices. The bottles are lush to have on display also, so classy and unique. Can’t wait to order more from here in the future!.

Delivery never arrived. It was sent as a surprise to a friend so I was never going to get informed if it didn't arrive. Seems like the VIP bottles were just hoping I would never realise so they'd get my money as I was only offered a refund when I brought the matter to their attention. Customer service were unhelpful in offering any appropriate compensation (seems their hands are tied by management). Would not recommend.

I placed an order on Friday, specifying Next Day Delivery. A while later I received an email saying it would be delivered Tuesday. Unfortunately, the friends who are to receive the order (as a gift) won't be in on Tuesday. I tried to get hold of VIP bottles through their email address, but just kept getting a 'not deliverable' message. Most frustrating!! Don't know if they are in business still.
