Amazing service!!! I got a pair of grilles made up for a pair of Dali Ikons. Steve worked closely with me all the way to ensure that the measurements were precise and I received a beautifully made pair of protective grilles that fitted perfectly. Can't recommend them enough.

Knowledge service Happy Speakers Happy customer Over a few emails with Neil from Wilmslow Audio I managed to get all the replacement crossover capacitors and new cones to make these 35 year old Heybrook HB2's sing to better than when they were new. Awesome service great value. Highly recommended. Shipped to my house in Spain without a hitch too - and that's saying something!

Sadly service has gone down hill in the last few years. I bought some Gemini speakers about 20 years ago and the quality of the speakers and service were fantastic. However, recent experiences have not been so good. I asked Wilmslow for help to upgrade my Geminis with new drivers and a new crossover. They were initially helpful and said they would help support the design and build (for which I was happy to pay). I planned to use Scanspeak drivers and contacted Scanspeak direct to ask which drivers were best matched for my build. Scanspeak were fantastic and gave me some great advice based on their in-house knowledge. I spoke to Wilmslow and explained which drivers Scanspeak had recommended; I was very surprised and disappointed by Wilmslow's response. They were obviously offended that I had asked a driver manufacturer for their professional recommendations. Wilmslow were very unprofessional and spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner. I was shocked as I didn't understand what I had done wrong. Is it wrong to ask a driver manufacturer for their recommendations for my build? Even if it were wrong, Wilmslow should have dealt with the situation in a polite and diplomatic manner. I chose not to contact Wilmslow again and used another speaker designer to help with my build.
