Very poor service. I was really disappointed with the Leicester branch. There was no communication from them and when I tried to chase my remortgage the manager of the team told me to basically stop calling and I would get told when there was something be notified about which never happened. I am so thankful for my broker L&C who spoke directly with Wilson Browne on my behalf as I was so upset with them and the way they were dealing with my case. They will not go above and beyond for you half the time noone is even in the department and they often have to remind themselves of your case and noone really knows about anything. I would not recommend this company and I will not be using their services again!

If I could give them no stars, I would. Awful customer service from one of the guys there. Not only did he breach my confidentiality with a certain situation by telling the other solicitors, he nearly lost me my deal and spoke to me in a disgusting manner. At the end of the process and after a very long conversation, I asked if he actually had experience dealing with investors to which he response was 'no'. At the beginning, I was told they did. Not a great solicitors to use if you are a property developer/investor.
