If you want to become a yoga teacher or would like to discover more about yourself, I recommend you to do the Yogic Life teacher’s training in Leiden. It has been an incredible experience for many reasons: the content (practical, but above all theoretical) and the teachers, especially Zenka, have been incredible. She is not only knowledgeable, but caring and is a great support for any student.

Yoga school met respect voor de yoga traditie. Geeft een volledige opleiding, die breder kijkt dan de meeste scholen die ik tot nu toe heb gezien. Hier kan je unity vinden, hier kan je jezelf persoonlijk dieper ontwikkelen, maar vooral ook in contact met je omgeving en de rest van de wereld.
