Ordered my first sofa from here, it came in great condition. Website is great and definitely usable, looking into getting a mattress already from here. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Highly recommend this place, ordered a mattress which was delivered on time, kept up to date and everything was as it should have been. The service was superb also, couldn't fault them. Would go here again for other furnishing needs.
Ordered a bed on a Monday and was told it would be delivered on the Friday, I was told that I would be called on the Friday to arrange delivery, I received no phone so call so I rang a few times Friday afternoon and the phone was engaged so went to the shop and it was closed. I went to the shop Saturday morning to find out what was going on and was told that it was not there as the delivery had not turned up on Friday when I asked when it would come I was told that they wouldn't know until Monday I was then told I could have a 4 foot 6 bed even though id ordered a 4 foot. I got a refund and went down the road to the pavilion and got what I wanted it was cheaper and they don't change 15 for delivery. I wouldn't go there again seemed very unorganized he seemed more interested in his bacon roll and coffee.
I found their service very good and when I asked them to remove my old bed they agreed to do this without any hassle
I would highly recommend Alexander Furnishers. I purchased a leather bed and wardrobes from them. They was very friendly and helpful and even offered to delivery for free. They where on time for delivery and was no hassle, I will be using again in the future! Thanks again Marshall and Viv
