I did my big (ish) shop in Leigh Asda today at 14:40 and when I went to the check out, i was greeted by Melissa. What a pleasant girl! I am sometimes overwhelmed at the speed some check out operators work at and feel under pressure to pack my bags at the same pace. Melissa, however, kept a constant eye on my progress and slowed down in order for me to pack my bags at a more relaxed pace. Once my bags were packed, I was so impressed with her that I thanked her for the way that she had not made me feel overwhelmed. What a credit to your store she is!

Thank you to the guy in self check-out that helped me to complete the meal deal offer (main, side, dessert and drink). He offered me the coke cans even though they were slightly bigger in size.
Great products, shop looks beautiful after a refurb. Nice staff, aspecially lady at customer service called Janet- she's extremely helpful and never makes a fuss, even if she goes beyond her duties. I've dealt with her on multiple occassions and she really goes out of her way to help, she's a star.
Friendly staff with all your daily needs and useful tools, electronics, Clothes, and even a built in Macdonald's with tables to sit on.
