Nice cinema, good staff, lots of parking spaces although can be busy. Expensive snacks but that's tibe expected at a cinema really. (There's a tesco right next to it anyway). Clean area. Useful and clear covid regulations which were obeyed by staff.

The staff are absolutely lovely the cinema is clean and tidy but the management dont cater for people who are gluten free and lactose intolerant and they refuse to give you hot water to drink even after offering to pay

Good place. Shame the volume in screen 7 was way to load. To the point that you did enjoy the film you went to go and watch

Went to watch the film 1917. Excellent film with a believable story line. You felt that you were taken into the trenches. Sound effects were Excellent as was the cinematography. The venue was clean and warm. The seating was comfortable and spacious. Easy to get your tickets and pick your seats from the machines in the foyer. All in all a very good experience.
Excellent movie Pinnocio , and brilliant customer service , bought popcorn n loads of treats , happy to support my local cinema especially in these current times.
The cinema has dealt with covid well and it felt very safe in the foyer, food is still being served and toilets are open (allowing for social distancing) the seating is reduced however when we arrived it was clear it was up the tje individual to abide by the distance rule. Screen and volume was good. Cant fault it, would of been 5 stars if some seats were taped up.
