Superb customer service, staff are polite and helpful. I returned an item that had stopped working during the recent lockdown, literally took less than five minutes to process the return and get my replacement. Always happy to shop here.

Customer service approach is poor. Half the time to the staff treat you like they are doing you a favour by serving you. Last time I went in staff member told me they don't accept repair drop offs even though that's what Team Knowhow (how ironic) told me to do over the phone. I had to stand my ground. I've made the mistake of shopping here too many times thinking I'll have a better experience next time.

Visited this store today to buy a tumble dryer walked in staff at the front desk, not one person acknowledged me or greeted me great start, walked around for over 10 minutes never approached, i had to walk over and ask a question about vented tumble dryers, asked about if they did condenser ones same price as the logik, just shrugged his shoulders, i eventually bought one tried to charge me for delivery because it was not from store now i have to wait a week on sunday to get the free delivery, not a good customer experience at all.

Went in to collect an order, 3 staff stood around chatting so waited for about 5 minutes then someone finally served me. Couldn't find my order on the ref number. Eventually found my item and got it.
