Cannot recommend Edward Genesis enough, they have carried out two surveys for me in the past year with regards to house purchases. They are competitively priced and their reports very thorough. They are also on hand to provide advice and ask questions with regard to the report. Great company!

Really happy with the survey carried out by John! From first contact to the end survey report the communication was great. John recommended the level based on our property and I'm so glad we went ahead with it. It made interesting reading and gave us an insight to many things we would have been otherwise unaware of. I cannot recommend Edward Gensis highly enough. John has kept communication open throughout lock down and provided us customers with updates of what is going on in the world of Chartered Surveyors as well as their own company. As soon as they were able to start work again they ensured the safety of all involved and again kept me updated. The inspection itself was very thorough with an excellent report that I was able to understand easily despite the depth of information given. I will certainly be using Edward Genesis again on further property purchases.
