My wife tried to join this surgery but it seems something as simple as joining up was too complicated for this surgery. My mum and my wife physically visited the surgery to fill out the form to join up and I called them up a week or two later and they had no record of my wife on their books. They are obviously so disorganised that they lost my wife’s application. The staff at reception are also very rude and they don’t have a good customer service manner and one lady just wanted to get me off the phone. In a way I’m happy they never bothered to register my wife’s application form as we ended up joining another surgery in the area and the process was smooth and easy. I can see by the other google reviews on here that it looks like we’ve had a lucky escape. So based on my experience I would not recommend this surgery!

Why am I presented with an answerphone message at 15:00 on a Thursday that says \The surgery is now closed. Our opening hours are 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday\? Very disappointed as my Granddad's care home have transferred him over to LFP in the last week without the family's consent and I'm trying to get hold of a Doctor to see my 93 year old Granddad who is in a care home and needs help.

The receptionist was unhelpful when I had put in for my 3 Yr olds prescription she told me it hadn't gone through when clearly it had as my medication was at chemist and i put it on same form. Then she told me I may have to wait 4 days. I told her that this would be really bad for my child to not have it. She was dismissive and didn't take my daughters problem into consideration. The doctors here are great and some receptionists but others have made me feel unheard and frustrated

I am after hip replacement abroad and after coming back home I called 3 times to them for arranging an appointment for further medical care and no doctor called me back although promise. It is shame!

Had to change practice after having a life threatening situation due to a mistake from one of the doctors. He was always very RUDE and couldn’t care less about us, treated us like we were a piece of garbage to him. Sent a letter to the practise manager complaining about the doctor and absolutely nothing happened. Disgusting.
