I cannot speak highly enough about the friendly and helpful gents at Leigh Lock & Safe Co. This is customer service at it's very best and there's a lot that others could learn from these guys. You simply do not get this good old fashioned help and service from enough places now. From the moment I called them, I felt confident they'd be able to help but when I popped in an hour later with my problem, that's where they really excelled. They found the initial issue and went about fixing that by straightening a spring within the lock. Then they found another issue and subsequently solved that too by filing down a part and then even lent me the file in case it needed to be filed further! Lastly, they provided me with a couple of small screws to ensure a better fixing, which were less than a 1 and which I will pay when I return the file (I didn't have cash and didn't want them to incur cost to accept my card) Where else do you get service like that? All they have made is 96p for the screws hence why I'm writing this review because I like to give credit where due. If you are thinking about anything lock based, anything that these guys cover or offer, then do not hesitate to visit or chat to these helpful, funny, friendly guys where I'm confident you'll receive the same high level of service as me. A real pleasant surprise in this day and age to see people with such job satisfaction and genuine desire to help customers.

Went to their shop to buy a new cylinder for the shop door. Gentelmen gave me a new cylinder for 24,90, i thought wow it is expensive. This evening, just for interest I googled this cylinder price online -6,35 I understand that everyone want to do business but charge 4 prices is way too much Do not recommend
