Emma and Shelley were excellent throughout the entire mortgage process and we cannot recommend them enough. We were first time buyers and had to complete within 30 days due to buying a repossession property. Both Emma and Shelley were extremely thorough and explained everything clearly. The also provided us with regular updates and the process went seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Emma at Shelley at the MAB in the future.

I can not recommend these guys enough. Both Charlotte and Ashley have been an absolute god send in an otherwise stressful situation. My house purchase was less than smooth during covid and lockdown but my mortgage application was seamless from start to finish. These guys went above and beyond what I expected consistently. They treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy at all times and kept me updated when they said they would. They called to check how things where progressing along the way and whenever they could offer help or support they did. They secured me a great deal on my mortgage and I would highly recommend this service and company and especially Ashley and Charlotte. In a time when a lot of mortgage lenders where more nervous about lending these guys really did make this process smooth and stress free for me. Thank you so much for all you help. I am never moving house again but if I did I would use you.
