I been going to this vets for years and they have always took good care of my dogs. They all ways talk to the dogs like there family. The nurses and vets are always happy to see the dogs and ready to take care of there needs. They also have water on hand if the dogs get thirsty in the wait. But the vet is always nice and gentle with my dogs all in all a good vets.

I just wanted to leave a review to say thanks to all the staff at Vetcare, Leigh for their excellent and professional care. I would like to say a special thanks to Chad Northcott for all his care and understanding when we were recently so worried about our Labrador. Definitely 'above and beyond' when Chad responded to my email in the evening giving all relevant information and then made arrangements to visit the surgery. If you're looking for a vet in the area, please visit Vetcare, you won't be disappointed. Sue B
We had an appointment booked in for 2pm, we arrived at 1.45pm. knocked on the front door to let them know when had arrived. We was then told a vet would be out shortly to see us and take our dog. We waited till 3pm in the cold outside and nobody bothered to see us or even let us know that they were running late. Disgraceful customer service, we should have been told from the start of the practice was running late but nothing was mentioned. At 3pm we got back into our car contacted another vet and booked in tomorrow to get our dog seen to, thanks for wasting our time and having to book the afternoon of work all for nothing. And before you mention covid etc it wouldn't have hurt for somebody to come over and talk to us to let us know you were way behind.
Absolutely disgusting. Had an appointment at 6:15pm for my 12 week kitten. Was told to call when arrive and wait in car because of COV19. Fair enough, I did what was asked. At 7pm someone came out and said sorry about delay should be another 20 minutes. 7:35pm still waiting and the poor young kitten did both toilets in the cage. Left and went home to wash him down and clean. Wont be going back to this place...
