It's good it's open on Saturday's again but during the week the times are so inconvenient, 9-3 (10-3 Wednesday). Everything else is open normal hours now so why aren't the branches? Usually only one counter of three open, always a queue for the counter because that's what people want. Instead there's one or two members of staff out of the front asking a million questions before you come in and then again once you're in trying to get you onto a machine. I'd rather them be at the counter. Just let people come in and do what they need to do.

Absolute joke 1 counter open with 1 customer being served at it for 30 mins ! I had to leave as have a shop to open and now with no change for the day ! And you close before I can get back out
