What a shame, the Hub milton keynes, what a disgrace, no lifts working!! Weeks now!! I see people struggling with prams shopping ect, stupid notice with date changing for action, cleaning of communal areas woeful! All Broadoak do is blame others, the blocks are looking shabby

This company is suppose to manage some of land at the front of our house with maintaining the trees & grass area twice a year. They don’t tell us when they are due, charging us 4 times a year to do nothing. Left it to overgrown & it’s not an area which can be maintained by a simple lawnmower! They are unresponsive and not professional how they have handled our complaints. I really wish we weren’t tied on a contractual basis with this awful company when we purchased the house.

The customer service is appalling . The lift keeps breaking down, I’ve counted 10 times now, I have been stuck too... the problem keeps repeating and is very inconvenient. Today the main door does not work and the post man cannot deliver our letters, it’s been going on 3 days, I called customer service spoke to a very rude women called Helen. Couldn’t be bothered to help.

this company "manages" the Hub in CMK. if you are thinking of moving there, WARNING: both of the lifts have been continuously broken for the best part of 8 months. whenever they're repaired, they only repair 1 of the 2, and then it's broken again shortly after. the lifts provide access to where you park your car. no lift? prepare to walk all the way around the block and back to get to the lower level. this is now exacerbated by building works, you have to walk twice as far now just to get your car, who cares about your shopping or what you have to carry. live on one of the top floors? have fun carrying your pram, kids and shopping up the stairs after your long walk. or walking past 2 broken lifts every day and around the block, down the road and then all the way back again just to get to your car. they seem to think putting up a laminated notice and changing the date/blaming a 3rd party absolves them of their responsibility to get this fixed. utterly unacceptable for a professional management company. the security codes and parking gates haven't been changed in years, though the gate was broken for many months, and you still have people who work in CMK filling up the allocated parking spots using them as free parking (try changing the security once in a while). completely ridiculous

I have always found this company very responsive and helpful when dealing with any queries. Good service all round.

Appalling company with no concept of customer service. They act as if you should be grateful for letting them take your money. Purely reactive, they will do the bare minimum to justify their existence. Hope they fail to obtain any more contracts and go into liquidation.

I find these folks to be more or less adequate. There's maybe a question mark over value for money - if residents are for paying for a professional management company they should expect substantially better management than if they formed their own committee. I feel they oversee some minor jobs which are not completed to a high standard and in a timely manner, but all fundamentals seem to have been consistently delt with fine. Some of the choices made for management prioritisation seem odd to me. For example there's a clear bias towards quick and easy rule enforcement (eg chasing residents who leave shoes outside their flats, or have 'excess' furniture on balconies). Contact generally seems to be about this, rather than maintenance or decoration (which is costly and I guess require subcontracting). Unfortunately while understandable, this is likely to rub residents up the wrong way and generate more negative reviews than positive. In general these folks have been responsive when I've reached out to them, which is reassuring. Their appointed caretakers have always been excellent.

Switched from self management to Broadoak and pleased we made the change. Responsive, helpful and friendly. They are always professional and certainly know the world of property management. Not a job I envy.
