A great way to experience American cuisine close to home. The food is delectable and not expensive either, especially if you use the lunch time menu. The surroundings make you feel at ease with the friendly decor and the train that circulates the room for the kids to enjoy. When I visit I don't just look forward to the tasty main course, but the superb confections, including thick milkshakes and large ice cream sundaes! This is truly a place where everyone can enjoy themselves.
I visited today as I hadn’t been in a while and wanted to see if the food was still good. The restaurant was quiet with only a few tables in and eating. I went for the lunch time deal of 2 courses for 9.95 and had a decent amount to choose from, I was disappointed as the menu had changed for how it was when I visited the last time and appeared to have gotten smaller. I ordered the chicken strips and a pulled pork roll, the chicken strips were crispy and had a good flavour but were also presented nicely. The pulled pork roll was served with fries and crispy onions which were just onion rings cut into pieces, the fries were nice and crisp on the outside with a fluffy inside and the roll was very full of meat with a lot of sauce. The food was food however the sauce became too much for me and overpowered the meat itself. The restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere with good service from polite staff.
First visit and I'm very pleased Great service, great food!! Portion sizes are..big! Could not finish my main or the dessert Service was quick and friendly. Definitely coming again.
You need to be patient if they're busy because they're v..e..r..y s..l..o..w.... Even a second round of drinks took 15 minutes to arrive. Ordered a sharing platter which was great. The Philly Cheese steak sandwich was disappointment. Steak not sliced thinly, ditched into a broche bun with three slices of burger cheese melted over the top. The menu description promised a supercar experience; the reality offered a midrange second hand hatchback. Would I go back? Probably but I might try a different branch , or hope they just had unexpected staff absence on the day I visited them.
Lovely food great service (maybe the best burger I have had in the UK!) Too bad this is not local to me or I would eat here more often. Loads of burgers to choose and good size portions. Milkshakes were pretty good too!
Had a lovely meal and friendly staff and fairly quick service but the meal portions are gargantuan and those with smaller appetites this might not be the perfect place for you but the meal although I couldn’t finish was lovely. The menu has a large choice but maybe even too much choice and we will come back again ️
first time going, Great food good portions, friendly staff, love the posters and design of the restaurant. Great macaroni cheese bites, would recommend this place. Love American style food. Thank you very much hands down better than TGI Friday.
