Used to be a parts advisor when I left college. The bodyshop mechanics/preppers are mostly bullies who made my life hell there. The managers are also very deluded who enjoy picking on people younger than them who are trying to do their job. I'm also 24 so was afew years ago now. I sent complaints to head office and also on facebook which they blocked me from. If a car has to be ready and they are behind on the parts, guess what? They use parts off another car the same model and then install them on your car and invoice you for a new part! Big company but cow boys. Was run by 2 young brothers at the time who got inheritance through the father I believe.

Very bad experience with car Shop Northampton branch. I’ve reserved a car with 100 awaiting to come from prep centre, however I’ve given a date to view where I drove all the way Northampton 2 hours drive and found out it’s not even ready yet. And receptionist staff are very unprofessional couldn’t even explain it to me. Just wasted my time and money really. Also I’m still waiting for my deposit money
