Extremely disappointed with Deans attitude. He does a good job when he turns up but has let us down on more than one occasion and has failed to return calls when we’ve attempted to chase him up. If he can’t or doesn’t want to do the job why doesn’t he say so, I would far rather him be honest and say that than constantly let us down.

Great service and a job well done. Was stuck with no heating and Chappell Plumbing & Heating arrived quickly, explained the situation clearly and got the problem fixed fast. Would recommend to family and friends and will be using again.
