Ordered at 10 a.m. came the next day before lunch, I was a bit unsure about ordering over the phone as I have had trouble with getting the correct size/shape in the past, Dave went out of his way to check the shape of them and confirmed he had them in stock and would arrived the next day. They arrived at the garage at 11am and have since been fitted to the car. They're exactly what I wanted thanks Dave, good customer service.

I ordered a set of Ferodo DS2500 pads from ebay. The rears were the wrong size and the quality seamed poor. I deduced they were probably counterfeit. I found these guys were official distributors so I ordered a new set and sent my old ones to them to be checked if they were nock off. The new pads were the same poor attention to detail to quality. naf box, vague instructions, faded batch numbers. I never heard back if the first ones were nock off. From this I deduced they weren't and that Ferodo, though they make a good compound, skimp on the rather simple details. Got a new car and ordered some more pads from these guys. quality was again poor. There are no slots for the wear sensors but there is a cut out in the compound. When I asked Circuit supplies they told me (paraphrasing) ew toolage to make pads propperly is expensive\. I thought Ferodo were supposed to be one of the leading players in this niche industry and should be investing in proper toolage but what do I know about making one of the most popular brake pads for one of the most common performance callipers. Most annoyingly one of the rear pads they sent was damaged (bottom left of photo). I emailed them but they ignored me. They probably think I did it my self and I am after a refund as I expressed my dissatisfaction for the over all quality of the product. I'm not; a single replacement pad would have been nice though. I would have left a good review about how helpful they are if they did. In the end I can't be bothered to go through the hassle of it all and just left the pads on my car. The compound is great but being ignored after paying almost 400 for new brake pads pisses me off big time!
