I have recently used Domestic Designs for my building extension. Ben and his team are great and I loved the fact that I was provided with my drawings electronically and could use a free CAD app to see them in 3D. I could also give direct feedback through the app as well. I had my own ideas for my extension, but Ben and his team came up with some great design features. If you want the personal touch for a building extension / project then I would recommend Ben and his team.
Domestic Designs were referred to me by a friend and from the first point of contact I was impressed by Ben's thorough attention to detail and level of knowledge. Ben helped guide me through the planning process from initial assessment of the property and extension ideas to completion of detailed CAD plans and liaising with the local authority. From there Ben took care of all the finer details with my architect leading to an end result of an extension I'm very happy with. I would be happy to recommend Ben and Domestic Designs to anyone needing planning or architectural services.
