Unfortunately Hunters did not handle the sale of our house. However, they marketed our sellers’ house as well as our buyer’s. As a consequence, they helped us to secure a shorter chain. Their due diligence was outstanding. They kept in touch with throughout the process and provided helpful advice when needed. If only the agent who was paid to handle the sale had been half as good. Thank you to Caroline, the very hands-on director, for all she and her team did to make our chain work in quick time.

Caroline did a really fantastic job of making sure that our very difficult chain held together and got through to completion. Covid-19 created a whole host of problems for the chain including one of the buyers pulling out and poor communications from under-resourced solicitors. Caroline worked tirelessly to ensure that the chain held together and put pressure on other agents and solicitors to resolve things as quickly as possible. Without Caroline's efforts we are certain that the chain would have collapsed and we would have lost our dream property. We'd thoroughly recommend Caroline and her Hunters team.
We cannot recommend Hunters enough! We saw a property we loved in July and told Caroline and the team (from the Leighton Buzzard branch) it was our ‘forever home’. A couple of days later our house was on the market and on our first viewing we had an offer on our property. Fast forward 12 weeks and we have now moved into the house that we love! All the staff at Hunters are extremely efficient and friendly and understand your needs and wishes. We would highly recommend Hunters to any friends or family or anyone that wants to move. 5 stars all round!
