We had our stairs and landing carpeted in a lovely, yet hard wearing blue, flecked carpet. We had 3 samples to take home and return, the lady in the shop, person who came to measure it up, and Rory the fitter were all friendly, and worked cleanly, at a distance. Giving us a free offcut to do the airing cupboard floor was helpful too. Despite some tricky cuts, it was finished swiftly and skilfully and we wanted to give business to a local family firm. Wouldn't go anywhere else now, would highly recommend. Prices were competitive too. Thanks ! Angela & Family Nov 2020

Amazing service right from the first visit. I explained what I was looking for and Ian took the time to show me various carpets within our budget. The fitter was superb too and has done an amazing job. Will definitely be using them again and have recommended to all friends and family.
Nearly didn't go in to kingfisher carpets as we thought they were expensive. What a lovely family run business and was proved wrong! Had our new carpet fitted today and what an amazing service we received! Will definitely be going back!
Not happy of how they deal it with me , bought viynal flooring for 1329 and after two weeks without opening boxes I noticed they are not right one for my floor and need to buy the click vinal instead so asked them for replacement and they offer me twice a normal price for replacement so I had to ask for refund and returned them all but they only refund 1000 which my permices was only 200 yards away from their shop. Be careful with them . I've bought exactly what they offered me for twice a price for 1470
