2 large chips ordered, person serving (owner?) said 'one portion coming up slightly small, what else do you want, its on me'. When I got them home I couldn't see any difference in the portion sizes, plus I had a free sausage. Lovely chips, good price, excellent service. I wish them well!
Our local Fish & Chip shop, has a wide selection of food, value for money and hospitable staff. Friday night is exceptionally busy, so best to call in advance and place an order for collection. Parking can be difficult so best park around the corner to collect.

Standard fish and chip shop. Fish had perhaps a bit too much batter but otherwise enjoyable. Don't get large chips unless you've not eaten for a week. My photo shows medium cod and \small\ portion of chips. Peas were from the supermarket.
