This was my first ever sports massage, due to a regular twinge that was hindering my running. After 2 sessions I was cured! Not only did Lisa sort out my issue, she inspired me to run the London Marathon. She is amazing and would recommend her to anyone, she is friendly and professional, needless to say she is sharing my training journey, as she has been advising me throughout my training. Amazing!

Over the years I have been to various sports therapist for massage and maintenance of sore muscles. I went to see Lisa as a recommendation about problems I was having with my hips and I a happy to say with a big smile on my face that this lady knows her stuff and after years of pain and stiffness she has managed to get this under control for me.
