Excellent kennels, Yoshi the pug loves his stay, happy to go in, well fed, warm and exercised. Great staff. Also booked grooming with Sabrina whilst there. came out looking so much better.

Stayed Sept 2019: We have just come back from a luxury 10 day stay. Rooms spacious, warm and well equipped. Staff very attentive and professional, they even sent messages and photos home for us as we were having too much fun to find the time. Grounds are a good size, well maintained and great for a daily run. Plenty to do in the day and great entertainment. Music provided all day in rooms. Food well prepared and on time. We stayed in a large room that was well maintained, cleaned daily and beds made daily. Drinks were provided 24/7. We have booked another stay around Xmas that we are looking forward to and we would highly recommend this wonderful hotel and the lovely staff. Best hotel we have ever stayed in!
