AWEFUL COMPANY - AVOID THEM - force you into using their cleaning company to do a professional carpet clean after moving out and take pictures from inches away to justify cleaning costs. Theives. Intimifate people knowing they have just had a baby with company directors threats and trying to force home inspections on a monthly basis. STAY AWAY EDIT*** as they have commented denying this please see attached submitted photos from this company. As you can see the photos prior to moving in are far away and the second set of photos are very close up. Be warned if you rent from these you will need close up photos of dirt as they do!!! absolute pirates!!!
I have nothing but good things to say about M&M Properties - I first found out about them after purchasing my flat, through them. When I was ready to sell I wanted to use them again due to their knowledge of the area and their past sales of similar properties. Michael, the Head of Sales, is the best. So easy to talk to, approachable and so good at keeping you up to date with the process, as well as assuring you when things aren't really going to plan. The whole team are great, and when Michael wasn't in the office to take my calls or knew he wouldn't be able to respond to an email in a timely manner, Lee would assist and be as helpful. Kate also made herself readily available, even when working from home and was really helpful and keep me up to date right until the day before exchange. What I thought was above and beyond is the middle man they played between solicitors and buyer, when things may not be going quite to play, they did not shy away from stepping in to assist me and redirect the process and speed things up when they could be. That was hugely appreciated and it made what was quite a stressful process (especially when you're waiting on the chain to complete for your new house!) a lot easier to deal with. Thank you to you all! I would recommend to anyone 100% to choose you to work with.
Keanu was super helpful from the start of the application process through to me collecting the keys. Very lovely and professional and it never felt like he was trying to pressure me into anything. Great service from M&M so far.
I’ve been renting a flat through M&M properties for three years. It's been an overall smooth renting experience, with friendly and professional staff. Especially Tom McCormick who effectively helped with all flat-related arrangements (flat inspection etc.), and Angela Ziemelis from the maintenance team who was very responsive to any issues reported. Highly recommend!
