Credit where credit is due Matt!! I had re-located to a new area and wanted to make the process of getting a mortgage as less stressful and time consuming as possible, as we all know moving isn’t always straightforward at the best of times. I was fortunate enough to be put in touch with Matt who from our first contact has totally exceeded my expectations as a mortgage advisor. Matt has maintained a professional and realistic approach to my circumstances and had always maintained contact throughout the process, which put my mind at ease, and made me feel that I hadn’t been forgotten about, even if it was just a courtesy call. Matt’s communication skills and friendly approach are very much appreciated, he clearly knows his stuff and has gone above and beyond to help me throughout this process. I felt confident that Matt had my best interest’s at heart which you cannot always say for some mortgage advisors (previous experience) So to anyone who reads this review, I cannot fault Matt’s customer service, know how and positive attitude, i have already passed his details onto friends/family for future use.
