Despite earlier reviews this is my experience. I want to thank the staff here particularly Khan for their patience whilst waiting for things my end. All of my calls were returned promptly. They were courteous at all times and I am more than satisfied with the end result. I would urge potential customers to read the reviews but certainly make up your own opinion. If I could give these cowboys zero stars I would. Bought a car from them in March, which they said had just passed an mot, had a full service and had no problems. After two days it was grinding into third gear. It took several phone calls until they finally agreed to take a look at it, even though they'd agreed to a three month warranty for engine and gearbox problems when I bought the car. On dropping it off they assured me it was a minor problem and it would be sorted within a couple of days. After four days I called them (no attempt at contact from them) and they told me they needed to put a new gearbox in. After a further four days and me again having to call them they told me they needed it for another two days minimum. When I was finally able to pick the car up they told me they would give me a further three month warranty and that there would be no further issues. it drove fine for around a month until it started lagging on the motorway. I called them again and was told they would not be spending any more time or money on my car as they had already spent their profit replacing the gearbox. I asked for a refund and was told that wasn't an option and that my 30 day warranty had ran out so basically it was not their problem. Upon arguing my case and informing them they had told me I had a 3 month warranty they denied all knowledge of this and told me it was my problem. When I took it to a trusted garage the mechanic reeled off a list as long as his arm of issues under the bonnet, including that the vehicle had been in a pretty severe accident at some point, the engine was not the original and had clearly come from a scrap yard, the turbo was ruined, the injector was on the verge of blowing the engine up, the exhaust was hanging on by a thread. Basically it would cost thousands to repair the vehicle and it was scrap. I would not recommend this garage to my worst enemy after the way they have ripped me off and refused to help me in any way.
They charge 150 admin fee for posting the v5. They do not service the car. They offer 1 month warranty. Legal it's 3. They block your phone number. Overall the service I received was terrible all they do is sell faulty cars for reasonable prices. However dressed up as much better. I am lucky that the car I have purchased only needed new pads and discs. Others have seemed to be destroyed. This show will no doubt be on can't pay we will take it away or the sherrifs are coming soon. Please read these reviews before buying!!
I have been treated very badly by these people. I bought a car for 7,400 3 weeks ago and have had to return to garage 4 times in s quest to have them honour the warranty which they offer. This has not happened. I have been given a temporary car to use (which had 3 bold tyres down to the metal and grinding brakes) The arrogance of these people once the funds have cleared is astonishing. I am going to ensure that these people are held accountable for these actions, this is not how we conduct ourselves in England.
Avoid at all costs, I put a down payment on a car by debit card due to me travelling 150 miles 2 days later the salesman explained that this would secure the car and if I decided not to go through with the purchase they would refund the deposit on setting off my son decided to do a number of checks on line and found the cars mot had expired 2 months previous on contacting the garage they assured me that there was an mot and why wouldn't there be so I asked the date on the expiry date on the current 1 and they said they would get back to me I explained I was travelling up after 2 more phone calls which I made and they gave me different reasons why they didn't have the information to hand they said it had expired but by the time I got there they would have a new 1 on the car. Due to there lack of knowledge and there negative attitude I decided not to go through with the purchase and return home. I then went through the process of getting my deposit back and after a number of phone calls which they said they had refunded it no monies have been returned I am now taking legal action against this company.

I am not normally one to write reviews. Also if you are reading this I promise I am also not a person who is hard to please or just wants to moan about everything. I promise that this is my experience of this dealership. Essentially I bought a car and it turned out to be clocked. They new full well about this by the way they treated me. The car showed 70,000 miles but on investigation had done more like 150,000 miles. I returned the car for a refund the same day that I drove it away.. 2 months later I receive in the post a logbook that I am now the owner of the vehicle. I called them to day there had been a mistake. They verbally abused me and swore at me and shouted at me. Please if you are reading this review. Please please do not buy from this dealer. They are absolute crooks and fraudsters and have no idea how to run a business or treat people. Please listen to all the people writing negative reviews and buy somewhere else. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any business . Awful scumbags.
Don't usually put reviews, but these are good cars and helpful staff and reasonably priced.
