It was my first visit recently to Nails by Louise and I am writing to say how impressed I was by the whole experience. I was treated by Brigitta who was so warm, friendly and professional she made a brilliant job of my nails and I have received so many compliments on how fabulous they look. The COVID measures they have in place are excellent and I felt completely safe. It was lovely sitting relaxed having my nails done in such a well designed salon that oozes luxury. I will definitely be returning and can highly recommend Nails by Louise. Thank you again ladies.

What can I say apart from I LOVE #NBL ! I’ll be honest, it had been over a year since having my nails done, but I really wanted something done ‘for me’. I’d been to Louise to have my nails done before, and was thrilled with results. The effort and safety measures they have put in place due to these recent uncertain times is faultless. I felt safe during these uncertain times and applaud them on all their hard work to keep their customers safe. ‘B’ done my nails this time around, and it was such a transformation. I have had so many compliments on them. So a massive THANK YOU to all you ladies for a fabulous service once again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my nails done :)
Excellent place in LB to have your nails done. The gel varnish which they use allows you to keep n grow your own nails, which last for 3/5 weeks pending on how quick your nails grow. Louise recently opened this salon and her team are excellent & so polite. It's a relaxed atmosphere too. I look forward to my visits every 3 weeks. Therefore, It's advisable to book as the appointments get taken up pretty quickly. NBL recently won a national award which is so well deserved and a credit to the whole team!
I am sorry to give a bad review. But two of my nails broke two weeks after I had them done. Somehow I knew from the beginning that this would happen as the layer of builder gel was simply too thin. I guess the reason why the nail technicians put such a thin layer of builder gel is so that they could easier soak it off with acetone at a later stage. I found the procedure of sticking my fingers in the acetone machine disgusting and very unpleasant to say the least. What upset me the most was that I asked repeatedly not to do it for me and just file off my old gel instead. But no, they had to 'follow the procedures'. No idea about customer satisfaction. Like I am some sort of a dummy who does not know what is good for me or what could be done. Anyway, apart from the awful quality the place is very clean and for those who do not know any different and are easy to please a good place to go.
Its not just a salon to have your nails done, Its a little family. Both professional and forward thinking !! Fantastic designs , creative and always trying something little bit different. Love all the girls !!!
Louise and the team are all highly skilled at what they do, extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. You are always made to feel comfortable and it’s like visiting friends when you go! I used to have terrible nails but thanks to Nails by Louise, I now have nails to be proud of. Highly recommend
Always perfect nails! Brilliant, professional staff and so many colours to choose from its crazy!!! I've never had gels or acrylics that last as long and I always get compliments on how beautiful my nails are.
