Staff are friendly enough but hopeless. My wife went to the branch to add an existing account to her online banking app. Instead of that, they removed all her other accounts from online banking. 2 return visits to branch and phone calls and still not resolved. She now has to re-register for online banking. A simple task gone completely wrong.
