Had a 95% pleasant experience here. The queues go down quickly and the staff are nice. I post parcels and letters regularly and it’s often done swiftly and briefly. I haven’t felt brave enough to publicly talk about this on a review because i’m still ashamed but i figured it’s worth mentioning so eventhough this happened months ago, here it is. On one occasion the scars on my arms were visible because it was a hot day and i felt confident enough to not wear long sleeves, because after almost 10 years of hiding my arms, i just can’t be bothered anymore. Obviously they are noticeable and it’s unavoidable that people will stare.. but i thought it was an unspoken rule to not point them out, like you wouldn’t point out someone’s acne because, they can’t magically make them disappear and it can make them feel really self conscious? Well, one of the staff decided it would be a great idea to suggest watching a video on Youtube her daughter made for an art project? I thought she was just trying to be friendly and get her daughter some exposure or something, but when i watched it when i later got home it was about self harm and i just felt really shocked that she thought it was appropriate to suggest i watch that??? As triggering enough as it was, i felt really uncomfortable that she thought my scars were an invitation to promote her daughters art project on a *clearly* sensitive subject. I’m not claiming this had malicious intent, but moreso it was just completely tone deaf. I haven’t had an issue like this since, but it’s always stuck with me. I just really don’t understand how on earth you thought that was acceptable to show someone clearly vulnerable when they’re just trying to post some things and be on their way?

Large Post Office in town centre Staff friendly and usually short queues during the day. Busier on weekends but not too bad. Two machines for sending yourself . plenty of retail packaging to buy and a few special coin and stamps sets can be bought to. Recommended.

When you work with the customer , must to serve them . There the emploee are crumpy , not kind and not vill for help.Really not good experiance .

Went into the post office and asked would they accept 3 large parcels. 2 woman serving, one said yes. Other woman heard said nothing. I could have them delivered there for up to 3months. Just bring id. When my parcels came they refused them. Reason was they were not being delivered by royal mail. They dont accept other postal services. Dont know if this is just Leighton buzzard or all post offices. Never had that problem before. Caused me heaps of problems and almost cost me some business. As this was a stock delivery.
