Ordered a Pro-B bench at great expense. Turned up after several weeks with a seat pad manufactured wrong at an angle and the support peice for the back pad was too short so you couldnt incline it past 70 degrees. They informed me it was a mistake due to using the wrong drawings during manufacture. There was also a large scrape in the powder coat obviously done during assembly. They replaced the two parts in the end, eventually.
Just received my bar and plates today and am over the moon. Fantastic service considering the awful circumstances businesses are facing right now. Speedy delivery and goods packaged well and protected. I would happily recommend, great service, personal to your needs as a lifter and wonderful quality products. And finally, I have some weight to throw around once more. Thank you.
