Used Pymans many times over the years and always received great service. Took a new watch in there for the strap to be resized and they were fantastic. It wasn’t straight forward at all and they dealt with it with complete professionalism and didn’t even charge me because it was a slight inconvenience to me. Thanks very much Pymans Would highly recommend.
