Our company was with Quest Accounting Services in Tring for just over a year, in the beginning they try to be helpful and do everything to win you over but once you are a customer the service deteriorates dramatically. Classic case of over promise and under delivering. We have left them and moved to a company in Bristol who are cheaper and more efficient. They made a lot of promises about helping us network and mix with new clients but none of this ever materialised... This time round we asked if we can contact a couple of existing clients with the new accountant before we decided to jump.
